The Nibiruan Council

Sharing the Wisdom of Unconditional Compassion

The Nibiruan Council

See Inside The Mission Remembered

Introduction

by Jelaila Starr

For the last fourteen years, I have been privileged to be an integral part of an amazing project to help Earth and her people successfully ascend to the 5th dimension. This project, as mentioned in the Preface, is known as Project Earth Shift. It is the work of the 9th dimensional group of beings who call themselves the 9D Nibiruan Council. Throughout the book, I call them by various names. When speaking of the 9D group, I refer to them as the Council, the 9D Council, or the 9D Nibiruans.

As you will soon learn, I was contacted by the 9D Nibiruans in early 1993. Over the course of several years, they revealed details of their origin and history to me. They said that they were from the first human species to exist in our universe. They lived on a beautiful Earth-like planet in the Lyra constellation. They called their world Avyon. Avyon was later destroyed after a long intergalactic war known as the Great Lyran War. Driven by the need to heal the emotional wounds of those events, they colonized other worlds in order to reestablish their lives and move on. But through it all their primary goal was to discover how to integrate the Light and the Dark.

After many eons, they became the ancient ancestors of all of humanity and their quest to discover how to integrate the Light and the Dark was the legacy they handed down. In time the 9D Nibiruans found the answer. From that point on they made it their mission to help all species discover how to achieve integration.

As survivors of the 1st Grand Experiment of Polarity Integration on their planet Avyon, the 9D Nibiruans developed the expertise to work with Grand Experiments. They have followed the Universal Game from its beginning through all the dimensions. As time healers, they manage the timelines of planets. They heal existing timelines through time-traveling to a point where they can insert an aspect of themselves into it in order to create a change in the future. They also manage dead timelines of destroyed planets by weaving them into the timelines of an existing planet. Such is the case with Earth. As you will discover, Earth has had the timelines of several dead planets woven into it and those timelines have been playing out for thousands of years, creating our past, our present and our future … unless we change it.

In finding the answer of how to achieve integration, the 9D Nibiruans reclaimed their memories agreeing to become the Keepers of the Universal Game. As such, their goal was, and still is, to bring the Universal Game to a successful conclusion. In order to accomplish this, planets are set aside at various times to be used as Grand Experiments. Each Grand Experiment is set in a free-will zone, meaning that the souls who incarnate there have total freedom to create as they choose. The timing of these Grand Experiments are when the souls in our universe have polarized to the extremes of Light and Dark while, at the same time, developing the technological expertise to destroy all of creation. At such times, a world is set aside for everyone to work out their differences. The souls from the previous worlds incarnate there and, with the assistance of a consciousness veil that shields everyone from the memories of those lifetimes, they meet each other as spouses, parents, friends, bosses, etc. A new lesson, disguised as a difficult situation and designed to trigger just the emotional aspects from the original situation, occurs. In the heat of the moment when the pain erupts, the souls in lesson can make a different choice. If the choice is compassion, then they heal because compassion integrates the Light and Dark. If the choice is not compassion, they try again and continue to do so for as many lifetimes as it takes to achieve it.

The 9D Nibiruans tell me that our present Earth is the third of its kind, since the previous two, the first being Avyon and the second being a planet located in the Pleiades, failed. You may have faint memories of lifetimes on those worlds. You may recall the loving embrace of a husband or wife, the smile of a child. Your life here on Earth seems like a repeat of a former time, but on a different world, in another time. Friends and family members seem like old acquaintances or ancient enemies. You have traveled along the timelines back into the past in order to change the future. You have come here to recreate the events of the past with the intention of making a more compassionate choice this time. You are a veteran of past attempts at integration. Deep in your hearts remain the memories of war and suffering, the price that we paid for failing. This time, armed with wisdom born of experience, you intend to be successful.

This book is my and the 9D Nibiruans’ contribution to your success. By chronicling the 9D Nibiruan’s mission, I hope to achieve several objectives for you. First, to give you an idea of what a mission looks like and what it means to fulfill one. Unlike many have been led to believe, missions are not gloriously wonderful. Even though some are not as difficult as others, they all require rigorous self-examination and change.

My second objective is so that you can experience the journey that I have made in fulfilling the Nibiruan’s mission, starting with the moment of first contact. But I must warn you, as we explore the ancient past which is part of the journey, you may find yourself in other lifetimes, some of which are very dark. If you have the courage to see what is there and integrate it, you will emerge more empowered than you ever thought possible.

My third objective is to help you determine where you are in your mission; whether you have begun, successfully completed it, or gotten off-track. If you have gotten off-track, perhaps it will help you correct course.

My fourth and final objective is to help you remember who you are. If you allow, I will take you on a journey through time. Together we will explore our collective past. As you find yourself in a past event with me, and you allow yourself to feel all the things that the words trigger, it will open your own memories of that time. As you will discover, we have not been all love and light. As souls and creator god/goddesses, we have created many realities wherein we played Dark roles as part of our learning. Those realities have traveled with us, tied into our present -day timeline through our incarnation here. They affect our present day reality and our future. It is time to integrate those realities, understanding the purpose of the darkness we created.

You have been drawn to this book for a reason. Perhaps the reason is that your Soul and your Guides have decided that it is time. If that be the case, then my hope is that, through the journey you take with me, you will remember and, in remembering, complete your mission and find your way home.

Chapter 1

First Contact – March 1993

Standing in a garden on a lovely summer’s day, shafts of sunlight stream through the trees, creating dancing patterns on the ground. A soft breeze caresses my cheek while the beautiful notes of a harp fill my soul with peace. Suddenly something catches my eye; it’s two women in the distance. In long flowing gowns they glide towards me on feet that never touch the ground. As they draw closer, I see how lovely they are, and how their long red hair shines like copper in the sun. The tinkling sound of their laughter is like wind chimes stirred by a gentle summer breeze.

Reaching me, they separate to stand on either side. Then, twining their arms through mine, we take a step forward; a gentle tug and my spirit steps out a few feet ahead of me. Awareness of being in both places at once feels completely normal. We all hesitate for a moment while I take in what has happened and then the women start walking away arm-in-arm with my spirit.

In my spirit form, I look down and notice that, just like the women, I am gliding, but my feet don’t touch the ground. Consequently, I’m unaware of where we are going as we cross the expanse of lawn banked by tree height hedges on my right. As we glide, I suddenly know where we are going because I know there is a large rectangular reflecting pool just and ahead and to the right. To reach it we must walk or rather glide to the arched ivy-covered entryway and descend the short flight of steps that lead to it. In the split second that it took me to see the pool in my mind, we are there. Silently we turn and begin descending the stone steps. The last thought I recall is how the cool the stones feel beneath my bare feet.

My attention returns to my body. Watching my spirit turn and descend the steps, I sense that she is fine and that there’s no cause for concern . Once she is out of sight, I turn my head and notice that there is a man standing in front of me. I am surprised to see him there as he was not there a few moments ago. I notice how handsome he is with his dark brown hair and deep blue eyes. And though he is only about 5’8”tall, he has a very commanding presence. Quietly he waits for me to acknowledge him. Our eyes lock and then he speaks. “We have work to do together—a contract, and it’s time to begin.” Though I hear his words, there are no sounds. Everything is being said telepathically.

Without waiting for my response, he moves around behind me. I’m taken by surprise when, without warning, he steps into my body. There’s pressure in my head as his head enters mine. Slowly and gently, he presses his face inwards. Once in, he pauses as if to give me time to adjust. Then again there is pressure; this time it’s on my tongue. He is pushing it aside to make room for his own. For a moment I panic, frightened by the total loss of control, but then the panic subsides. “I will speak through you,” the man’s voice says as its deep, melodic tone vibrates through every cell of my body. Another moment passes. “How is it that my tongue formed the words instead of his?” I ask myself.

More words are spoken, but I am not aware of them because I have fallen unconscious as if in a trance. Suddenly, I have no idea how long after, I regain consciousness, being jolted back by another sensation; he is extracting himself. With a tugging, almost sucking sensation, he pulls free. Walking back around to face me, his eyes search mine for signs of distress. “Are you all right?” he asks, concerned. Frightened and a little irritated by what has just happened, I decide to ignore his question and instead ask, “What is your name?” “Devin,” he calmly replies as he fades away.

I awoke with a start a few seconds later. Frozen by fear, I lay there not breathing; my heart was pounding. “What the hell was that?” I asked myself as I struggled to orient myself in the dark. “Have I been possessed?” I wondered, remembering the pressure on my tongue as the man pushed it aside. But as soon as I thought those words, I knew that was not true; it was just my old religious programming kicking in. “Besides”, I thought to myself, “I wasn’t scared in the dream, just a bit irritated that he did so without asking first. It all felt rather natural in a strange sort of way.” Having gotten through my initial terror, I relaxed and inhaled to satisfy my screaming lungs. Moving my now unfrozen limbs, I sat up in bed. “I have no idea what that was about,” I thought to myself as I reached over to grab the glass of water from my nightstand, “but it was something. I just don’t know what. I’ll think about it tomorrow. I’ve got to get some sleep.” I lay back down, adjusted my pillows and fell immediately into a dreamless sleep.

Chapter 7

A Reminder from Marduk

There were other things that happened at the Star Knowledge Conference in Estes Park, Colorado, that weekend that, at the time, were so shocking that I chose not to write about them in Book One. But now, with the hindsight of several years, I can see their importance and why they happened. One such event was a surprise visit from Marduk.

I had promised Barrie that I’d do a session for him, so after getting through the crowd of people, I left the meeting hall and made my way back to the cabin to prepare. After completing the preliminaries, I closed my eyes and called in his guides. Several seconds went by with nothing happening. All of a sudden, I was struck by the darkest, most disgusting energies I had ever felt. Then out of the corner of my right eye, I saw a being appear. He was coming towards me, growing larger the closer he came. It was a man draped in a long black cloak. He looked at me with menacing eyes. I had never felt anything so dark, evil and so absolutely terrifying.

Pulling myself together, I telepathed a question, hoping that he wasn’t picking up on my fear. “Why are you here?” I asked. “For you, I came for you,” he replied calmly. Now I was really frightened! But then he did something that totally blew me away. He threw open his cloak and, to my surprise, a blinding white light of the purest love came pouring out of his chest. Then he morphed into a small blonde-haired, blue-eyed boy of about seven years old. Looking at me with pleading eyes, he said in his little boy voice, “I want to come home. Don’t forget that you said that you’d help release me from this role. Remember—you promised !” “Okay,” I replied, trying not to cry. “I’ll remember.” Then he disappeared.

I sat there in silence for a moment, trying to compose myself. Marduk was no longer just a name in a book; he was no longer the Devil and Satan that I had been taught, like everyone else, to revile. He was real to me, a soul playing a role and a horrible one at that. Seeing his pain had touched me at the core of my being. I understood as much as I could, knowing that he withheld a lot from me, how he suffers and how the little boy inside—his Inner Child—suffers. Each day he awakens to feel the pain of all the millions of us who had been taught to hate him. Each day he must find a way to carry that pain. I now saw him as a fellow soul, struggling in this very dark role, and desperately wanting to be free. The pain I felt at his reminder of my promise stayed with me, and, even to this day, it brings tears to my eyes.

Chapter 16

Sanat Kumara and Sirius B

Back in late April, a man appeared to me in a series of three dreams over a two-day period. In the first dream, he informed me that he had been observing me for some time and asked to ally with me in my work. In both of my dreams, this man appeared as an old and wizened, white-haired healer, but both times he came to me, he wouldn’t reveal his name.

In the third dream he again appeared, but in a slightly different manner. This time he was a younger man in his forties. He was about twelve feet tall and had a strong muscular build. His white-blond hair was straight and fell just to his shoulders, and instead of having white skin as he did in the previous dreams, it was bronze. But what caused me to identify him as the same man was his commanding presence.

In this dream, he appeared sitting on a massive gold throne atop a raised dais in a large room. Only looking at him for a second before looking away, just long enough to identify him, I knew instantly that he was of the purest royal bloodlines of both the Human and Reptilian species. This was important because it meant that kingship was his by right of his royal blood. Rulership is given only to those of royal blood.

I stood by an entrance to this throne room, several feet away from him, still looking away. Suddenly the words “Pay attention!” resounded loudly in my head. He was leaning forward, his eyes an electric blue boring into the side of my head when, with a deep and powerful voice, he commanded me to look at him and listen. I turned my head to calmly meet his gaze. “Impatient guy and full of himself,” I thought, crossing my arms as I leaned against the doorway. “I am Sanat Kumara and I have a message to give you,” he said. And then, as if needing to ensure my cooperation, he added, “You have a contract to deliver messages for me as I am part of the Council.” By this time, his voice had changed, becoming smooth and melodious. I listened as he spoke for what seemed like hours, but I can’t really say how long it was. There was no sense of time. At the end, just before he vanished, he gave me a symbol. It was a white dove in a blue circle. He said, “This is the symbol by which you will know me and my people. It holds the energy of my office and soul group.” He also gave me a message to deliver to two of his people. They were two of his daughters and each had blonde hair and blue eyes. “How interesting,” I thought to myself as I stood there, thinking about them both. “I know these women and both are teachers like me.” Sanat Kumara ended our meeting with a personal message for me. After that, he disappeared.

I awoke from that dream unable to remember the message because it had been downloaded and locked in my mind. Having experienced this before, I knew that I didn’t have to try to remember the message; I only had to wait for the person who held the key to step forward and open the packet by asking the right question. But other parts of the packet—I refer to downloaded messages as packets, especially when part of their contents remains temporarily locked and unavailable to me—were available. As I lay in the dark, asking questions about this man, his people and their history, this information filtered into my consciousness as answers. Soon more pieces of the universal puzzle, pieces I had been missing, fell into place.
