Thank you for translating articles for the Nibiruan Council Spanish mirror site. Below are the instructions for formatting your translations as well as promotional information.  Before you translate an article, contact me to find out if it is already being translated. That way you don’t spend time on an article that is already being done.  

Please all articles as attachments in Microsoft Word.  Put the article’s original title in English and in Spanish so that I can understand which article it is.

Headings - All headings including text headings in the body of the article - Verdana 10 point Bold. 
Please do not use any footers or headers for titles.

Text - All text is to be formatted in Verdana 10 point.
Please do not indent paragraphs.  Make all paragraphs flush left.
Please keep paragraphs together as they are in the original article. 

Endnotes - All endnotes are to be formatted in Verdana 10 point
Please do not use any footnotes.  All the numbered notes that I use in the articles are placed at the end of the article as endnotes, not at the end of each page as footnotes. Please do not use any additional lines at the end of the article and before the endnotes.

Promotional Information - Please add your email address at the bottom of your translations, not at the top.  If you  have a website or other web related business you'd like to promote, you are welcome to add a couple of lines for it. If you have a website and would like us to add it to our Links page, please provide a few lines describing it.

Photo - Include a photo (head shot only) that I can add along with your name and email address.  When choosing a photo, please  make it a jpg. and at least (300 dpi) and send as an email attachment. Please do not put the photo into a Microsoft Word document.
